You, herewith, explicitly accept and agree that Most Effective Software GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Most Effective”) shall be entitled to collect and store data and other information about you (e.g. name, address, e-mail-address as well as – in case of online ordering - information about your credit card and similar data) and that Most Effective is also entitled to use and process such data and/or information within their company or associated companies as far as this is required for the contractual execution and the fulfilment of contractual and non-contractual obligations.
As far as Most Effective has to utilise the services of third parties to perform their contractual and non-contractual obligations, it is, herewith, noted that Most Effective may assign such data and information to relevant third parties in order to fulfil said obligations. Examples of such third parties are resellers, distributors, marketing agencies as well as credit card companies.
This declaration of consent may be withdrawn at any time in the future.
